Set up the finance plugins
Most of the skills below come from Anthropic's open-source financial services plugins. They work in Claude Cowork and Claude Code on paid plans.
- In Claude Cowork, open Customize, then Browse plugins, and add
github.com/anthropics/financial-servicesas a marketplace. - Install Financial analysis first. It carries the shared modelling skills and the data connectors the other plugins use.
- Add the plugins that match your work. Skills apply themselves when relevant, or type
/to call one directly.
In Claude Code:
Data connectors such as FactSet, S&P Global, Morningstar and LSEG can need their own subscription or API key. The plugins are files you can edit, so add your firm's terminology, templates and review standards.
